ex* Was Charizard from Pokémon Go in play? That has an Ability which doubles Fire Energy.

Nintendo has no role in this game whatsoever. Neither does The Pokémon Company proper (in Japan). This game sadly doesn't have the resources available that you'd think. It should be much better, but even in the best case it wouldn't really be competitive with the best TCG apps.

If the Genesect V had Fusion Strike Energy attached, it's protected from the effects of Abilities like Spiritomb's. Remember to read all cards and use the status arrows.

If you're a casual player, stick to Casual. People will play the meta on Ranked. Random piles don't win.

It works. It's just you

You won. Your opponent conceded during the animation. It's a glitch that the devs are ignoring.

Gardevoir wasn't banned. Why can't you give more specific information than this though?
-
To be a bit more specific, it's because the text of the tool says that the Pokémon can use the Ability. If the stones said that it has the Ability it would be affected, but with the current wording only the tool itself actually has the Ability, and the Tool can't be affected by Ting-Lu ex because it's not a Pokémon and you…

They don't make theme decks anymore, so those are gone for good. PTCGO (the previous app which I am legally required to mention was much better) has a mode where only theme decks were allowed. They haven't made any new theme decks since November 2020, however. They were replaced by Level 1 V/ex Battle Decks.
