It's just never releasing in your country. Some Asian countries are never getting it because they aren't supported by TPCi, and TPCi doesn't want to have to pay for servers in countries which don't even have code cards. Skip the animation for now I guess. It's not like individual cards even really matter anymore. :/

Cards from before Sun and Moon aren't playable yet. You can see them if you set your filter to show all cards, but you won't be able to use them in a deck for the foreseeable future.

Just FYI, Nintendo has nothing to do with this app. It's made by The Pokémon Company International. Just telling you so you don't start complaining to Nintendo on Twitter since they can't really do anything about it.

If you're in Asia, it's not coming ever. TPCi doesn't operate in Asia, and TPC doesn't care about this game.
