You can start off with a support ticket to: support.pokemon.com They'll most likely request you provide picture proof of the physical products that the codes came from (Receipts with the products listed), and the code itself that you tried redeeming into the game.

@TPCi_CursedSoup Is the plan to still leave PTCGO active throughout the end of the year/early next year while the beta becomes globally available, or will PTCGO shut down as a whole as well rather quickly come November's global beta release of PTCGL?
