Countries where Pokemon TCG is not under control of TPCi will most likely not see a release of this game in their country.

I suggest sending in a support ticket to Support.Pokemon.com & letting them know of this issue. They may be able to correct it, and refund you your in-game Coins. Best of luck!

You can start off with a support ticket to: support.pokemon.com They'll most likely request you provide picture proof of the physical products that the codes came from (Receipts with the products listed), and the code itself that you tried redeeming into the game.
