This is the company that forced people to play the Let's Go Pikachu/Eevee games with motion controls and locked sound options behind an NPC in Sword/Shield. They don't care about your accessibility needs most of the time.

You may have added a version of a card to your deck that you don't own (example: A reverse holo Gengar that you don't own is in your deck and not a regular holo that you do own). Or you are trying to play with BW or XY era cards. In Live they just have a beta version of Expanded, support for BW and XY cards will come later.

The original name of the game is Pokemon Card Game. Live removed trading in favour of the much better crafting feature.

Broken game. Developers should make it so the last prize(s) are taken automatically. Opponents concede when they know they have lost, including at the end when you try to take prizes.

They aren't unplayable, just play in Expanded instead of Standard.

I just encountered this issue today. You'd think these devs would fix bugs instead of adding them. Unless it's coded by the custodial team.

The game has been broken for over a year now. Pokemon Co doesn't care.

If you're taking about transferring your collection from Online to Live your full collection wont populate yet. Only Sun & Moon/Sword & Shield era cards are in the game so far. Black & White/X & Y era cards will be added later.

I had this problem a few months ago.

Pretty silly that there is no way to view your collection outside of editing a deck.
