You can use the test deck feature which will match you against a computer. Also, if you are a newer player, get a good feel for the starter decks because they are pretty good.

Sun and moon cards are in the game and playable. XY cards are also in the game, but currently not playable

You can attack the first turn of the game going second, but not when going first. Not sure if this helps at all.

It is definitely important that they promote the game more. I think that if they can successfully add the game to the switch, that is a sign that they have made Live right and know what they're doing.

This seems... a bit too complicated. I like the idea but I think the rules need to be simplified a little.
