Getting an error 10099

For whatever reason I can't start the game. I have looked on youtube to see how to fix this problem and nothing helps. I wanted to play live because this is the only way to play scarlet and violet on a tcg client because ptcgo said they won't release any new cards.

I knew that live had bugs and glitches but I never knew that it was so bad that new players can't even play the damn thing. Why even put the game out globally if it doesn't work on other countires?

    I'm getting the same error ever since I updated when Paldea Evolved rolled out on Live. I'm getting the same 10099 error on my Macbook with no resolution found online. Pokemon, send help!
