Raihan bug

Two games in a row ive had pokemon knocked out and have been unable to raihan. The raihan is the trainer signature from crown zenith. Switched it and my full out for normal ones to see if problem continues will update if it happens again.

Did you have a basic energy in the discard?
Was your Pokémon KO'd by burn/poison?
Raihan only works if your Pokémon is KO'd during your opponent's last turn and a basic energy is in discard pile. Checkups happen outside the player turns so burn/poison KO's during checkup won't meet the requirement to use Raihan.
Also Raihan had a bug that pevent you to use it if was recovered from discard pile. Did you got it back from discard then try to use it?
