IRL in total the Scarlet and Violet has 258 cards, from those there are 198 Main Set (lower rarity cards), plus 60 Secret Rares (high rarity cards).

The 198 Main Set cards are Common, Unommon, Rare and Double Rare.

The additional 60 Secret Rares cards are Illustration Rare, Special Illustration Rare, Full Art Rare (AKA Ulta Rare) and Golden (AKA Hyper Rare).

In TCG Live Scarlet and Violet by some reason shows only 195 instead of 198 Main Set (maybe a bug), but the point it's you can have maximum of 258/195 in game, because those additional are the Secret Rares.
