What do I do?! I’m so confused…

I redeemed a code from my London 2022 Championship Water Deck box and nothing came up on to my game? No new cards, decks, even the deck box was missing too! Even the Global Beta stuff did not get delivered to my acc even tho there was a message saying “Thank you for being a beta tester, here’s some gifts” apparently the gifts may have been glitched or sent to the Lost Zone (see what I did there) but seriously when am I gonna get a free codes for this to make this up! I did not spend 17.99$ for nothing (well except physical cards) but I still want my things redeemed! Please help me thank you!

    Restart your game, and close it completely. Restart your computer/phone, and check if you are on the latest version. If your items are still not delivered, submit a support ticket
