What should I receive upon redeeming deck codes?
Hello I recently started playing TCGLive and my wife and I have both tried redeeming decks via the QR code and have found strange results each time. The first codes we redeemed were the corviknight V and Zeraora V theme decks. This added the decks to our games, but it says all of the cards we didn't previously have are missing thus the deck is unplayable. After that I tried to redeem the 2022 championship mew deck and seemingly received nothing. Every time the code redemption says successful and trying again says the code was already redeemed. I'm just trying to figure out what the expected behavior is here, should I actually be receiving all the cards or is a deck list what I should be expecting? Have tried contacting support but not heard anything yet.

Have you checked your deck lists under expanded? I think all of those decks have some cards that rotated out of standard straight out of box.

Ahhh okay, Thanks that helped. I was able to see the deck before but the cards I thought were missing are rotated out and no longer valid in standard. And it looks like the championship deck I redeemed just gave a deck box not the decks but I think that’s intended. Thanks for the assist!
