Did not receive level 0 reward

Im almost level 30 in battle pass but yet to receive level 0 reward, where do I properly report this?

    Hello Trainer,

    I recommend for this instance you open a ticket with the support team. To do so, please visit https://support.pokemon.com/ and then click the Pokémon Trading Card Game Live link. From there click "Contact Us". Also feel free to include screenshots.
