Astral Radiance code cards are not being recognized when inputted

A friend and I were inputting Astral Radiance Code cards from our booster boxes (had around 120 in total) when PTCGL suddenly stopped recognizing them. We had inputted 58 of them successfully and all our other code cards were not being recognized after that. I have a list in a spreadsheet of all the codes I have not inputted yet so if I could talk to someone about this, I would appreciate that.

In total, there are 62 codes the client is rejecting. Attached is a screenshot with what the client shows when I try to input any of the codes.

    The client will show 'invalid code' even if a code is valid but there is some other reason it can't be redeemed.

    The online web redemption for ptcgl has more detailed error messages. What kind of error do you get there?

    Hi! Thanks for your comment, I didn't know about this. It actually says these codes were redeemed before but my friend had just opened these boosters...

    It's really bizarre since we made a large spreadsheet with all the codes and part way through, the codes stopped working. That's why, if possible, I'd like to speak to someone who can see the back end so I can see when they were "redeemed" if they are indeed marked as such.

    You can contact Pokemon support and they should be able to investigate your account to see what went wrong.

    They may be unwilling to help you if you are using a VPN to play ptcgl.
