Boss's Orders not working as intended

This is the second time this issue has occurred and I was not able to find any similar posts so I decided to report this issue. As you can see in the image, all of my opponents pokemon have an arrow to allow me to use Boss's Orders on them except for Zacian V. I was not able to look at the Zacian V or move it freely like I was with the other cards. Clicking on the Zacian V did not allow me to examine the card either as I would normally be able to. This issue has resulted in me losing two separate games now and I would really appreciate if this issue could be looked at and resolved as it was quite frustrating to lose because of a bug. Thank you
