redeemed 60-70 code cards as i was almost done the game caused my laptop to crash and restart and only 15 packs were left. Also havent been able to battle all week

Definitely reach out to our Support Team and let them know about the issue you ran into when redeeming those code cards. For not being able to battle, is it just not finding anyone when matchmaking or are you getting some kind of error when you try to play?
