What do I do if customer support flat out refuses to help me?

I'm in the same boat as many people here, where I didn't get the Miraidon ex deck from the Battle Pass. I contacted customer support about it, and after a long back-and-forth with them telling me that I was wrong, they just doubled down and refused to help me. I still don't have the cards. What do I do now?

They just deleted my post of bugs, this forum and the game is a joke...

At this point it's obvious that they don't have any plans to deal with the Miraidon ex deck issue and just hope we'll all forget about it.
