Why is pokemon tsg stuck on 38/39 even though i restarted my computer

So today i tried to open tsg live and play it but when it was loading up it got stuck on 38/39 and saying catching wild Pokemon so then i restarted my computer and tried again but the same thing happened again please help me

Usually step 38/39 is when the banned card notice popup comes up. If you don't see it, my guess is something is preventing it from appearing, and then it hangs waiting for you to confirm the message.

Honestly, I don't know. My next steps would be completely uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and if that doesn't work, go to the folder PTCGL is installed to and open debug.log in notepad and see if there are any errors that stick out and then get in touch with support directly.
