When your Pokémon is confused you will flip a coin after you declare an attack. If heads, the attack happens as normal. If tails, the attack is canceled and the attacking Pokemon takes 30 damage instead. If your turn ends and you do not attack your Pokémon will stay confused.

This condition remains until your Pokémon is retreated back to the bench or the effect is removed through a specific Trainer card or becomes Asleep or Paralyzed.

You should look up the rulebook for the TCG instead of making threads for every question. It would save you a lot of time.

Remember that this isn't a standalone game. It uses the same rules and cards as the physical Pokemon TCG.
