Greeting Trainers.

The Pokémon Trading Card Game Live client will be offline tomorrow at 8 AM PT for an update that includes added support for the Pokémon TCG: Sword & Shield—Astral Radiance expansion and other game adjustments.

With the release of this expansion, the previous Battle Pass will conclude, and the new one will begin. The estimated downtime for this is 6 hours.

NOTE: Downtime has been extended until 4 PM PT

NOTE: Downtime has been extended until 5 PM PT for final verification and checks.

NEW: The game is live and can be accessed. If you're still seeing maintenance messaging, try uninstalling and reinstalling the client altogether.

    Please have actual patch notes from the start this time. Also please get the forums fixed. Editing is still broken.

    Unlikely ever at this rate. Updates have pretty much stopped with bugs that have been there since day 1 still present and planned announcements for it cancelled after the massive backlash. I think there's about 99% of players who would happily transfer back now.

    The pass says it will end in 2 days and 6 hours, not after maintenance. Some people depend on the timer there to take their time, and it is not fair that the pass will end before the timer.
