Where are all my unopened packs?

I did a migration and none of packs came over from the migration. I had over 1000 packs still to open? Where are they in the new TCG game? I hope they are not lost. I spend a lot of money on these. Please help

    Live does not migrate packs. It turns up to 125 packs into crystals. I think when you migrated it gave more specifics but it might not have

    As 10types mentioned, the game compensated for unopened packs with gems up to 125 packs. If you were over that, you will have lost those packs permanently. I am sorry for your loss.
