Didn't Receive Any New Starter Decks
When Launching the game I don't see any of the new starter decks in my deck list. Just the old ones that are rotated out.

I did. The only new deck in my list is the Gardevoir one from the pass.

Please stop spreading misinformation everywhere. Calm down, and spend more time studying English. "Card" and "credit" are not the same word or synonyms. How you read it as not getting the decks is completely beyond me.

"Please note that this also applies to decks awarded after completing the tutorial and to cards granted in tier 0."
The last sentence does the heavy lifting here.

Or maybe it means you don't get credits for the extra cards and I did read it completely wrong ;).

Not only did you read it wrong, but it's an old article. You interpretation also doesn't make sense. You seriously thought they announced the decks and then randomly went "lol jk no decks actually?"

So I made this post before heading to work. Afterwards I got home and logged back on to check again if there was something I missed. Looking through my card library I seem to have gotten all the cards included in the decks added to my library. I just have to build the decks myself.
