Stuck on opponent choosing prize cards.

Opponent knocked out my pokemon with a Horror Psychic Energy on it, resulting in both pokemon being knocked out.
I chose my prize cards first
It then moved to my opponent choosing prize cards, and has gotten stuck
They were not forced onto a timer, so I am now forced to wait 18 minutes for their main timer to run out, either because the game has soft locked, or my opponent is able to stall me. I cannot see from their perspective whether they are able to pick their prize cards.
