Did I make a massive mistake?
My parents had just given me a Sun&Moon Lycanroc and Alolan Raichu Trainer Kit. I redeemed the code for TCG Online, and then immediately realized that TCG Live exists. After a few hours trying to get it to install (Unrelated issue don't worry about it), I logged in and then migrated my account. When I went to go see my collection however, none of the cards in the deck were present. Is this intentional? Or did I make a massive mistake? If the latter, can I fix it and get my cards into the game without buying another pack?

Those cards aren't in the game.

As someone else has said, those cards arnt currently in the game (they will be migrated at some stage).
As for prebuilt decks, they needed to be exported and imported before migration (not very well explained).

Alright then, thanks. I thought they would have been because they were Sun&Moon cards but I guess not. I hope they get added in the future and when they do that I will be given them considering I used a code to obtain these cards but did not receive them.

No, those cards just aren't in the game code at all. Those are SM-era cards, but for some reason they decided not to add them at all.
