Please help - just downloaded PTCGL, can't play, ERROR: [0]
I just downloaded PTCGL for the first time today for my mac. My computer meets all the minimum specs listed on the PTCGL website. After I open the PTCGL app, I select the language, and then receive the error message:
"There was an issue loading Pokemon TCG Live. Please try again. ERROR: [0]"
I tried uninstalling and re-installing the game a couple times, but still the same error every time. Does anyone know how to solve this? Thank you!!

hi how are things? Were you able to fix the problem with error [0]? I downloaded it today to migrate from online but I get the same message after asking me for the language, I uninstalled and installed it 5 times and nothing

Also this same error. Boot it up - asks language - select any language - issue loading ERROR: {0}
Using mac. Tried with Firewall off

for the recent commenters, i've not yet found a solution to the error. i uninstalled and re-installed several times, tried other suggestions, but get the same error every time. finally gave up and uninstalled the game.

Got The Same Problem, is there any Ideas how to fix that? Trying to play on Mac 10.14 which is required.
On Tablet is working but want to have it on Macbook too
