Passthrough is not supported, GL is disabled

Hello,

I'm unable to play on Windows due to a display bug when selecting a card from my deck and/or discard pile, as no card is displayed there (cf. see attachment).

When I trigger this bug, the debug.log reads :

[0216/154933.708:ERROR:gpu_init.cc(426)] Passthrough is not supported, GL is disabled

I've tried reinstalling the app, updating/reinstalling my display drivers, but to no avail.

The game runs fine otherwise, and I play with no issue on MacOS and iOS.

For reference, here's my machine specs :

OS : Windows 10

CPU : Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10875H CPU

GPU : Quadro RTX A4000

Memory : 64GB

The game used to run fine some weeks ago iirc.

anyone ran into this ?

Are you trying to play in a VM?

Nope, nothing like that. After some digging around, I found out that the Chromium implementation for PTCG Live (Vuplex 3D), does enable hardware acceleration for its webview, which is a current known issue with recent Nvidia drivers on some specific models (hence why all reports of this also report using Nvidia cards).

It works fine if I turn off my GPU and launch the game using only my integrated graphics, but at this point I'm playing the game at 15 fps... So I'll keep on playing on my macbook for now :/

Hopefuly, this can be addressed through a future patch by the team

For those encountering the same bug, I would suggest to keep your graphic drivers up to date until the issue is fixed.
