Error 10010

Being as though there is still no help in this issue, I'll ask here again.

How do you fix the error 10010 (9/37) in the loading screen?

Been unable to trial new decks leading up to tcg regionals coming up in Feb.


Poor effort by the live team.

    I would love to know how to fix this as well. I am in the US and after initially being able to use it, it won't load past the screenshot you posted.

    What a terrible, terrible support team. Or lack there of.


    Ocic is in 7 days, still cannot log into app.


    Not sure how you can be horrid at teck support for a giant corporation.

    Same issue here. I'm in USA. Only happens on my Windows PC. iPhone version connects and launches. Tried reinstalling, deleting pokemon files in C:\Users\username\AppData, reinstalling again, no luck. Very not impressed with this game, I want to migrate back to the old one.

    Same issue in US. Getting this error on both MacBook and iPad. Have tried installing and reinstalling without any difference. But my son can log into his account on both devices without issue.

    This has been going on for over a month for me now. I also opened a support ticket and the response I got was that they don't know of a solution. Gee thx.

    Change the user of your computer, some people who did this the problem was solved.
