I dont know why or how I lost 400 points for a loss and then it happened again! Will I get my points back? I was 1300 something and now im under 600...

I just lost 400+ ladder points. Got +960 exp after the match, and suddenly had 850 more games played and 850 more losses added to my stats page.

Remember to restart your client after you experience any bugs or matchmaking issues.
