you can't purchase crystals. I was given 520 crystals to start. Crystals are only given through the battle pass currently, i have yet to see crystals as rewards for quest. The battle pass is 600 crystal. Not only is this rare resource not easy to get, you must al;so use th is resource to buy packs. I read their support forum talking about balancing the cuurrency but its just caused more issues. If you only are going to give us the crystals for the battlepass you might as well let us but the crystal with in game currency. or just remove it in its entirety.

Not all of my cards have been transfered, not all the packs, theme decks i spent hours aquiring were saved either. I have to now rebuild all of my decks. the decks given to you at the start are ok; they are not the best.

i get that this is a beta but maybe, jst maybe the pokemon company could not ruin my collection by doing this. I cant even opt out of this anymore. This doesnt feel like the right choice Pokemon Co. you are messing with my time, moeny and patience.
