hackers going around on ptcg live or is this game just terrible?
So I had just made a deck, and used the test deck option on ptcg live to mess around with it. After I conceded the test deck option, the game instantly through me into a ranked deck with a completely random and unfinished deck I had made a couple weeks ago. My opponent was around 700 elo while I was 370 at the time (360 now because I had to concede due to it being a terrible deck). Is there some kind of exploit that allows you to force random players into a game or is the testing function absolutely broken?

I’ve had a some instances where my deck hasn’t synched across devices along with random selections post edit and noticed during a match. Wondering if opening or leaving open on one device while playing on a different device has something to do with it. I don’t know what to think about all the complaints yet but it sure seems like different TCG online games have it solved from what I’ve read. I’m also not 100% clear on where or who to contact for support. There’s a way to email support directly but I was told to follow up in the discussions for updates and further details. Now what.?

The main issue I had wasn't that I played with a deck that definitely wasn't active, it's that the testing function on ptcg live is so fundamentally broken, when a testing match ends there is just a random chance for you to be thrown in a competitive game without you even queueing.

It could be a random one-of-a-kind problem. Something very similar happened to me in PTCGO and apparently never happened to anyone else.
