Is charizard gx banned in tcg live?

I have 2 charizard gx cards i cant use and a couple trainer cards and double energy cards they say are banned or i dont own but in my card library i have it on show only owned and all the cards are there

  Try switching to expanded: that symbol means they're illegal in standard.
