Twin Energy only providing single colorless energy

I’ve attached twin energy to mawile vstar and it only provides a single colorless energy. This has happened multiple times with no other cards in play to cause this effect.

You need to read the card for Twin Energy.

People... Read your cards... It doesn't work on Pokemon V.

Pokemon V, Vstar, and Vmax are all classified as Pokemon V. So as per the 2nd part of that card, it only provides a single colorless energy as it's attached to a Pokemon V

    Twin Energy:

"As long as this card is attached to a Pokemon that isn't a Pokemon V or a Pokemon-GX, it provides ** Energy.

If this card is attached to a Pokemon V or a Pokemon-GX it provides * Energy instead"

The Twin Energy says "As long as this card is attached to a Pokémon that isn't a Pokémon V or a Pokémon-GX, it provides ** Energy. If this card is attached to a Pokémon V or a Pokémon-GX, it provides * Energy instead."

So with Mawile V Star will always provide single colorless.

Twin Energy doesn't work on Pokemon Vs, and VSTARs count as Vs. "As long as this card is attached to a Pokemon that isn't a Pokemon V or a Pokemon-GX, it provides Colorless Colorless Energy.

If this card is attached to a Pokemon V or a Pokemon-GX, it provides Colorless Energy instead."

I originally tried to post this more than 12 hours ago. Not that it matters in this case, but how long does it generally take for posts to get approved?

Twin Energy works fine, I use it on Clefairy all the time, difference is Clefairy isn't a V, your mawile VStar is a V.
