My items didnt migrate but TCGO says its already migrated

I had already setup my TCG Live back around when brilliant stars came out, I just went on TCG Live today and it treated it like the first time I signed on and setup my account again and I don't have any of my redeemed cards, just the defaults that come with setting up an account.
What happened to all my items? its not still in TCG Online and its no where on my TCG Live account, please help
