Opponent never plays back

When playing Pokémon TCG Live, I have had this problem where my opponent never plays back. It does not transfer to my turn, and the countdown timer on the opponent runs for the whole twenty five minutes. After the timer runs out, the game still does not end, and the only thing I can do is concede the match, since it never goes back to my turn. When I do concede, it does not show my opponent winning or his victory slogan. I have had this happen at the start of games and in the middle of matches. I am not sure what is causing it, but it is extremely frustrating.
