Making a new important NPC

So we PROBABLY all know about the common types, of npc’s right? Like the professors, the joys, the rivals, the jennies, the champions, the person who shows your friendship level with a Pokemon, the gym leaders… ANYWAY. If you were to create a NEW type of special npc what would it do? How would it work?

(Also please remember that this is for fun! Don’t be like “well yer wrong ‘cause that’ll never happen.” I am encouraging silly and fun ideas! If you want to be serious you can do that too just PLEASE don’t bring anybody down… ANYWAY AGAIN)

I think it would be fun if there were npc’s that said a different positive thing everyday. I mean maybe some would have to repeat but it’d be fun nonetheless!!
