My turn suddenly ends

i had this problem twice already. I was playing a game normally, and without any warning my turn ended.

i didn't have the timer on my screen, and i didn't click on anything close to the end turn button.

i didn't have any issue with my internet connection either.

The only meaningful thing i can remember from both of those games is that my turn ended immidiately after i selected a card from my deck.

    First time my opponent didn't perform any action after my turn ended, which makes me think it could be a connection issue.

    Second time i didn't check if my opponent had the same issue. I conceded that game after my turn ended.
