Are in-game shop decks worth buying as a new player?

Already buy some packs with crystals and they gave me crafting points for the duplicates, as a freebie I waste all my crystals on that expansion and got nearly 15k materials.

I always craft what I want to play, luckily they gave zoroark deck on the ladder so I only crafted electrode meme deck xd
