Unable to use Radiant Greninja's Concealed Cards Ability when Path to the Peak is in play

In Pokemon TCG Live, when my opponent played a Path to the Peak, I was unable to use Radiant Greninja's ability. I don't know if it's supposed to be classified as a Pokémon with a rule box, but I believe in Pokemon TCG Online, I was able to use Concealed Cards with a Path to the Peak in play.

    nope radiant greninja indeed has a rulebox

    Radiant Pokemon have a rulebox. A rulebox is a box which has a title with the word "rule" in it. Cards with ruleboxes are:

    • Pokemon-EX (BW and XY-era)
    • Ace Spec (by technicality)
    • Pokemon BREAK
    • Pokemon-GX
    • Prism Stars (including trainers by technicality)
    • Pokemon V
    • Radiant Pokemon
    • Pokemon ex (upcoming SV-era)
