Any stadiums that restrict/punish moving energy around?

Are there any stadiums (or other cards) that prevent the unlimited and free movement of energy among an opponent's Pokemon, such as that granted by Dusknoir's [BRS] Special Transfer ability?
Klefki [SVI] and Silent Lab [PRC] only work against Basic Pokemon.

Unfortunately, there's no options that directly prevent that. The only Standard option that could prevent it from happening is Ting-Lu ex, but more options exist in Expanded or GLC, like Garbotoxin Garbodor or Galarian Weezing.
