Need help with my OU team

anyone have advice? I have been struggling vs bulky gholdengo's right now and specs Dragapult tears hard through my team unless i get the right read on shadow ball or draco meteor. Cannot remove the Tyranitar! Peaked 2034 OU (#15 on ladder).
