Pokemon Installer for PC can not be download

When I press on windows download link I get the error message below. How can I install and play pokemon live?

403 ERROR

    What country do you live in? You might not be in a supported region.

    Oh, I didn't know that Pokemon didn't support Ukraine. I thought they did

    Nah, it should be supported unless the war is preventing them from establishing servers there.

    This is strange - Pokemon TCG Online was working until it was turned off, all TCG online games available from Ukraine except Pokemon TCG Live.

    First time poster but long time PTC online player and totally forgot about the new launch since I've been caught up in other games as of late.

    What saddens me the most is that because I live in Taiwan - which I have been playing UNITE, PTC, and GO for IDK ten years or so coming to download this game for windows and transfer my account over I get this error as well - and on PLAY it simply states "This game doesn't support your region."

    Umm...for what reason? Will it ever be supported? Do I literally have to find a way to VPN to SIMPLY not LOSE the content from the previous game?
