Windows 10: Game keeps freezing (especially while in card list & deck builder)

On PC the game keep freezing after a while while checking the card list & deck builder, and it doesn't just freeze the game itself, it tends to make the whole system freeze or lag.
This is most likely not an issue with the computer specs, and no other game/program has given me an issue like this, it only happens when I run Pokémon TCG Live.
