frozen screen playing on windows

Simetimes happens that the screen suddenly freeze, but the game is still going. I can still play the cards (I ear the sound of the play) when the screen is freezed.

Do it happened to anyone ?

    This happened to me once: It was my turn, and the turn timer was counting down, but I couldn't do anything. I had to wait for my turn to switch to my opponents turn

    The same thing happened to me. The timer stopped counting and I couldn't do anything. Nothing special was happening either. It was just a regular game and then the timer stopped after my Pokemon got knocked out.
