What do you think of the two Genius Sonority Pokemon Games developed for the Gamecube?

For those who have played either Pokemon Colosseum or Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness, what did you think of them?

Personally I would say I loved them both and would want to see more games like it again.

Good, has some flaws but a new entry would be neat

Great games; loved the double battles, relatively high difficulty, rare moves and ribbons, and the battle puzzles in XD. I also love how lively and expressive each Pokemon's animations are; they give a lot of personality to guys you would have overlooked otherwise.

The downside is that they didn't have much of a world to explore, but I think the focus on battles made up for it a bit. And, let's be real, an empty/dead world is par for the course nowadays.

I'm not gonna vote because I didn't actually finish Colosseum and feel like rating it based a few hours wouldn't be fair, but from the little I've played I felt it was overhyped quite a bit. Though I feel like this franchise has a massive overhype problem when it comes to the older games. When I first played it I dropped Platinum because it didn't live up to the hype.

Anyways I hope to return to Colosseum and also XD eventually with a clear mind and ready to make my own opinion on the game.

I want more Orre!!!!! I recently got Colosseum and XD and they are just as perfect as I hoped they'd be!!!!

Someone make a third Orre game already!

Excellent, we need more Pokemon games like this

They're awesome. With Pokémon in 3d already, there is some redundancy, but it would be great to see a game with a story like Colo with the improvements of XD. It would also be cool for the purification ribbon to return for ribbon hunting.
