Is there any advantage to conceding a goal at the last second?
Recently, I've run into several opponents who play the entire battle and then give up between the time I knock out their Pokémon and get my last prize card. Is there a statistic or something that makes conceding a goal better than an outright defeat? Or are they just being a party pooper?

I think the main part of a Gengar deck is using a Perilous Jungle to damage all Pokémon except Gengar. Along with Gengar's ability, that would mean with a Pokemon like Iron Hands, would have 80 damage on it already. Along with Perilous Jungle, that at total of 160 damage before it can even attack.
