When you play cyllene you're only able to shuffle a specific set of cards back into your deck (trekking shoes being one of these) Not sure what all currently qualifies, annoying bug that has lost me …

Yeah probably Phoebe. Most of Pikachu Vmax decks now play Phoebe

They probably played either Phoebe or Cancelling Cologne. Remember to pay attention to what your opponent is doing and to read their cards.
