Pokemon fused when being promoted

I was deducted credits and didn't get the cards
I tried twice exchanging credits for two "Surfing Pikachu V" I got an "Exhange failed" screen however the credits were deducted and I didn't receive the cards2 -

I’ve lost nothing shy of 20 matches because of this. 5 or so were doubly frustrating because I was on my last prize cards.2 -

I have been on both sides of this issue and it is truly very frustrating to have to abandon an exciting match when this happens2 -
[Bug] Astral Radiance Bisharp
There is a bug with the first attack of Bisharp from Astral Radiance. It should deal 30 dmg + 30 for each damage counteron your benched pokemon but it only deals the basic 30 dmg.2 -
