I did the same thing and lost all my cards, I thought it would migrate my whole profile but noope, All cards and deck's gone.

I copy and pasted 10 Celebrations codes into the code redeem and upon clicking collect, the codes disappeared and I received absolutely nothing. The codes are now invalid so I can't try again.
