Both players win by getting three points - however, since Player A also has no Benched Pokémon left, Player B actually wins in two ways, while Player A only wins in one. Therefore, Player B gets the overall victory.

As far as I know, there is absolutely no relation between the cards in the physical pack and the cards recieved online, regardless of the expansion.

It usually doesn't matter which card the Attack is from, but only which Pokémon is using the Attack. In this case, since a Stage 1 Pokémon is using the Attack, the damage is not blocked by Crown Opal. Hope this helps!
