I got a useless reply today. They said to talk to Google. I said Google says everything is ok on their end and it's the dev's responsibility. I would really appreciate a reply from a real person before I file a chargeback and uninstall. I like this game a lot, but I expect to get something when I paid for it.

I received a reply but it was not very helpful. I have paid for a premium pass I cannot use. Is there anyone I can contact about this? Obviously, I won't plan to get the Premium Pass again if I'm literally going to get nothing for it.

Yes, I submitted a ticket through the website. I received a "We have received your request" reply with a ticket ID. That was a week ago. No replies since then. I checked my spam folder as well. Can I send someone my ticket ID to investigate?
