Yes for both questions. As for what sleeves you should use, I recommend Dragon Shield sleeves, they’re about $12.50 for 100, and the boxes they come in can be used as deck boxes if you want.

I recommend starting with Miraidon ex or Charizard ex, both are great decks with low skill floors and high skill ceilings. I will try to provide some good lists in a different post.

I would check with your local game store to see what it is and if it is indeed a misprint. I would also get it graded if it’s a misprint.

I would suggest the Rusty Bottle Cap item to lower IVs to zero, and maybe another item to set IVs exactly how you want, the Golden Bottle Cap would be perfect for this.
